All orders placed by 3pm Central Time will be processed the same business day. Laser marking will typically add an additional 1-2 business days to processing. Custom Grinding lead times will typically average 3-5 business days and will be discussed at the time of drawing approval
We stock what is listed on the website with additional high quantities available from our manufacturer for immediate delivery. We will contact you directly after placing your order if there is a problem regarding delivery
Absolutely! Just let us know what your average/projected usage is and we would be happy to stock material for you to ensure fast delivery
Yes we do! Select the “Custom Grinding” option for each Carbide Rod you want ground when adding to your cart. This will be billed as an added service after checkout. Let us help shorten your lead time by receiving a blank to your exact specifications.
We will custom grind blanks down to ±.0001”. Please note all blanks listed for sale are ground to H6 tolerance, or +0/-.0005” unless otherwise noted
In addition to standard True Type fonts, we can also laser mark company logos and images. For these, vector files and DXF drawings of your company logos work best, but we also have the ability to create them here from an image

Yes, if you would like us to ship collect please enter your UPS account number at checkout
We currently only ship within the Continental United States. If you are located outside of this, please contact us at info@completecarbide.com about placing an order
UPS is our primary choice for shipping from Complete Carbide. If larger orders require LTL those will be handled accordingly with a customers preferred shipper if possible
All returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days and received to Complete Carbide within 45 calendar days of initial order date to be eligible for return
- Please contact info@completecarbide.com for a UPS return label and reference number
- Please keep all original packaging if possible, or use similar packaging when returning an order. We are not responsible for items damaged in return shipping due to poor packaging. When in doubt, add extra padding and secure items together as carbide is very heavy and will shift in transit if not packed tightly
- Upon receiving your return, we will refund your payment the same day
- No, returns are not accepted on laser marked or custom ground carbide rod/blanks
- If a mistake occurred with laser marking or grinding due to an order error on your part, please contact us at info@completecarbide.com and we will do what we can to remedy the situation
